Little Cove is one of many protected areas along the Niagara Escarpmen. This cove has rugged shorelines.. Natural features include barrens, scrub cliffs, palisade woodlands, and karst pavements. Karst pavements are limestone surfaces with potholes and twists caused by natural, acidic erosion. Watershoes are required. Be careful if the waves are rough, there can be an undertow.
This park is part of the Niagara Escarpment Parks System, and the Niagara Escarpment Biosphere Reserve. It is located within the boundaries of the Bruce Penisula National Park. There are overhangs, high rocky cliffs, sea caves, dolomite shores, and cobble beaches for visitors to explore. Please be respectful and take your garbage out with you. Services are very limited here. Camping is not permitted in the reserve.
Parking is limited. Only park is designated parking spots. Failing to do so will result in a ticket, or you risk being towed. DO NOT park in private driveways.
