The Red Bay Lodge operates a year round 52 seat restaurant within the 18,000 square foot resort. Open to the public daily this menu focuses on homestyle, pub, & local favourites with additional event & takeout meals. In addition, our culinary team creates a daily LODGE MEAL from local & unique ingredients for the up to 50 lodge guests which is also available to the public while supplies last.
For SUMMER 2021, our focus is on utilizing our new 3000 square foot patio in the woods & supplementing share-worthy apps, mains, & deserts made with local ingredients.
